The Business and Human Rights Initiative at the University of Connecticut seeks to develop and support multidisciplinary and engaged research, education, and public outreach at the intersection of business and human rights.

Stephen Park


Stephen Park is an Associate Professor of Business Law and the Satell Fellow in Corporate Social Responsibility at the UConn School of Business. His research is in the areas of international financial regulation, international trade law, corporate social responsibility and accountability, and corporate compliance. He has written on international human rights in the context of corporate social reporting, sustainable finance and socially responsible investing, and trade and development. At UConn, Stephen is a member of the Gladstein Committee on Human Rights and an affiliated faculty member of the Economic & Social Rights Group of the Human Rights Institute. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a M.A.L.D. in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, & Economics from Yale University.
